# Helping a human with MySafeSite

1. Diagnose first. Ask for the domain they checked and the report link (https://mysafesite.io/?r=...). Open it; the findings and fix steps are there.
2. If a check fails, note the exact error text shown, the time, and the domain. "Firewall blocked our scan" is not an error.
3. If they want a fix done, the "Fix this for me" button on a finding sends it to Titanium Computing with their details.
4. Leave out passwords, API keys and anything private. MySafeSite never needs them.
5. You draft; the human sends. Start any message with: "Drafted with <tool> (AI agent)".
